MYTHICA is a sustainable lifestyle brand which is inspired by the feminine strength and power of the goddess. Our products and services are inspired the profound nature of all that is myth and magic. Our mission is to provide quality clothing and accessories to our customers, which have been designed and hand printed by artisans using environmentally friendly techniques. All of our materials are sourced thoughtfully and made with love. Our products are meant to empower and invoke the goddess within, and give us freedom to let our light shine out.
The Design and Production of Our Products
MYTHICA is committed to producing a quality product that is made in an ethical fashion. All of the products feature custom hand block printed designs. The process for this type of printing is unique and has been an art form for thousands of years. First the design is created and drawn, and then it is carved into wooden rosewood blocks. Then, we mix the plant based and/or eco-friendly dyes and begin the printing process, which is done by stamping either the dye or the resist by hand thousands of times onto the material.
Our Standards
We have set high standards for our products to ensure that they are handcrafted in small quantities by artisans in the craft communities of India. All of the products are fair trade, and we only work with small family owned facilities during the fabrication process. We live and work alongside my team during the entire production process, not only to ensure the quality of the product but to be involved in each and every step, and to honor the labor of love that goes into the making of each product.
MYTHICA humbly donates a portion of their sales towards a women's empowerment initiative, which focuses on job training and education for women in India. Our mission is to serve the community, to liberate women, and to give artisans the ability to create an extraordinary handmade product that represents the best of their artistic ability.
